The Tiema TM-SMT-H bed core foam strip four-edge laminator eliminates these bottlenecks through automation technology.

Equipped with a full-process intelligent control system, the machine automatically picks long and short foam strips, completes dual-side glue spraying, guiding pressing and 90° rotary positioning. It precisely attaches foam strips to four sides of the bed core to achieve one-time four-edge forming. Built-in precise alignment and centering modules, paired with automatic tension control, ensure flat foam bonding and uniform glue lines.
