The production line adopts a fully integrated modular manufacturing model, achieving seamless automation and precise distribution throughout the entire process from automatic feeding, nailing, glue spraying and cotton pasting to modular automatic assembly, through the seamless collaboration between industrial robots and AGV logistics systems. Relying on a professional MES system, the production line has established a closed-loop data traceability system for the entire process, successfully constructing a highly integrated unmanned manufacturing system except for the fabric touch-up process.
